w'ink ai is an AI-powered luxury visual marketing studio. You upload any product photo taken on your phone or camera, and our AI — trained on 500,000+ luxury brand images — transforms it into a premium, studio-quality visual in 20–30 minutes. No studio, no photographer, no props required.

Any photo works — smartphone photos, DSLR shots, even slightly blurry images. We accept JPEG, PNG and WEBP files up to 20MB. The better your original photo, the more dramatic the transformation, but our AI is designed to work with real-world, imperfect photography.

We currently support 10 categories: Jewellery, Fashion & Apparel, Cakes & Sweets, Furniture & Interiors, Cosmetics & Beauty, Footwear, Real Estate, Restaurants & Food, E-Commerce Products, and Custom Brand. Each category has its own AI model trained on industry-specific luxury aesthetics.

Typically 20–30 minutes from upload to delivery. During peak hours (9 AM–11 PM IST) it may take up to 45 minutes. You will receive an email notification when your images are ready to download.

₹499 per image transformation. That is all. No subscription, no hidden fees, no revision charges. You pay per image, you get premium results. Volume discounts are available for orders of 10+ images — contact us for bulk pricing.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store any payment information.

If you are not satisfied with your transformation, we will redo it at no charge. If the second attempt still does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 7 business days. Your satisfaction is our priority — we want you to love your results.

All output files are delivered at a minimum of 300 DPI, suitable for both digital use (social media, website) and high-quality print (catalogues, banners, packaging). You receive the files in JPEG and PNG formats.

Yes, completely. Once you receive your transformed images, you own them outright. You can use them for any commercial purpose — social media, website, print, advertising — without any royalty fees or attribution required. They are yours forever.

Absolutely. Your uploaded images are processed securely and never shared with third parties. We do not use your product images to train our AI models without explicit written permission. Your business data remains completely private.

Original uploaded images are stored for 30 days after which they are permanently deleted from our servers. Transformed output images are available for download for 90 days. We recommend downloading and storing your images locally immediately upon delivery.
